Services will include lawn maintenance, tree felling and cleanup, stump grinding, tree limbing and chipping, brush cutting, debris removal and hauling, litter collection, and the utilization of specialized equipment including a bucket truck, dump truck, stump grinder, chipper, various mowers, and string trimmers. The area of responsibility includes the Day Use Area, Dry Brooks Boat Launch, Stilling Basin, State Hill Boat Launch, Church Road Access, and the Bernville Protective Works including the residential areas. The Contractor shall be a licensed arborist with a pesticide applicators license in the state of Pennsylvania. Remove the nuts and install new nuts and washers. c. Lubricate all bearings. d. Numerous concrete spalls and delaminations are noted on the piers and abutments (Photographs and Inspection report to be provided with Solicitation).
