Specifically, the Contractor shall develop an updated Cost to Complete (CTC) report providing estimates of the remaining DuPont Chambers Works FUSRAP work, including a Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) to account for appropriate cost and schedule contingencies. The CTC deliverables shall be prepared as an update to the previous CTC submission for the DuPont Chambers Works FUSRAP project. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is available. This sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) for services deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services.
