The Omaha District Chief of Contract has formally determined that consolidating these requirements is both necessary and justified. The consolidation will establish a single Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with an estimated total capacity of $99,000,000 over a three-year base period and one two year option period. JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these requirements provides the best value to the Government.
