**FORT RILEY TANK COATINGS PROJECT LOCATION:** FORT RILEY, KS INTERNAL COATING REPAIRS IAW API 653 STANDARDS AT FORT RILEY, KS INACCORDANCE WITH ALL LAWS STANDARDS, FEDERAL REGULATIONS, AS WELL AS ANY STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES.
