**14 July 2026:** The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal due date, update documents, and incorporate missing documents into the solicitation.

**THE DOCUMENT NAMED:** 26-R-A056-SPECS HAS BEEN UPDATED; PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE USING THE CORRECT VERSION DATED APRIL 2026. The previous version dated October 2025 is not valid and has been removed. This project includes performing repairs to two aboveground horizontal bulk storage tanks and their associated equipment. These repairs include providing grounding systems, pipe supports, replacement nozzles, replacement normal vents, independent level alarms, mechanical clock-type level gauges, and automatic tank gauging systems.
