## Description

Renovate an existing tool and die facility along with plastics lab and processing areas. The project includes renovation of the existing facility as well as adding an additional 56,000 SF industrial facility. The project includes moving old equipment from the existing facility as well as purchasing new equipment and moving it into the new facility. See attached "IAAP Design" for details.
