The Government will limit task orders under this A-E MATOC to firm-fixed price (FFP). This A-E MATOC will have a five (5) year period of performance ordering period with a shared capacity of $36M. These replacement contracts will provide professional Architect – Engineer (AE) airfield design services in support of the Transportation Systems Mandatory Center of Expertise (TS – MCX). The AE MATOCs will support Department of Defense (DoD) Military Installations worldwide as part of the TSC – MCX mission. The Government intends to negotiate and award a target of four (4) indefinite delivery contracts (IDCs), with a five-year ordering period (5-year base and NO option period) and $36,000,000 in shared capacity. The MATOCS under this suite will also contain a priced six (6) month extension period that can be exercised in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, “Option to Extend Services”, if determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
