Potential Offerors may exchange as much information about internal business practices or potential solutions to the Army on a confidential basis. The Draft RFP is not a formal solicitation; it is a mechanism for potential Offerors to comment on all aspects of the Draft RFP and identify unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Information Offerors need to prepare its proposal, however, will be disclosed to all potential Offerors at the earliest possible opportunity. All feedback provided by industry on this draft RFP shall be provided at no charge to the government. Offerors should not expect a Government response to feedback provided, instead any feedback will be reviewed and incorporated into the final RFP, at the Governments discretion.
