## Description

The contractor shall provide material and labor in order to complete required work to Modernize FR Powerhouse Elevator located at Fort Randall Powerhouse Structure. The work shall include, but is not limited to, replacement of all mechanical and electrical components inside the elevator machinery room and installation of a new HVAC unit inside the elevator machinery room.
