After thorough testing, the contractor shall provide updates, patches, and technical support for the PostgreSQL and onsite software at a minimum quarterly frequency and/or as needed. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. (i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. The NAICS code is 541512, Computer System Design Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $30,000,000.00. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.
