**UPDATE:** A second site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 04 June 2025 at 1 pm CDT. Contractors interested in seeing the site need to make a reservation with Jesse Roebuck at telephone (605) 945-3413 or by e-mail at Jesse.D.Roebuck@usace.army.mil. The work includes demolition and replacement of various HVAC equipment, piping, and items in Oahe Dam powerhouse, Pierre, South Dakota. The solicitation, specifications and drawings are provided below in the attachments section.
