The estimated cost of the Construction Phase Services is $250K-$750K. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and no solicitation will be issued; however, any System for Award Management (SAM) registered firm that it can meet the requirement may give a written notification to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement, including an explanation how the contractor would be able to effectively and efficiently operate in the same footprint as the DOR contractor at the same time. Responses must be provided by 11 October 2024 at 2:00 PM Central. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement will be based on market research, including responses to this notice. It is within the Government's sole discretion to decide whether the information received in response to this notice warrants development of an alternative approach or not. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
