The project also includes but is not limited to asphalt and concrete paving, grading, storm drainage, utility relocation and construction, placement of active and passive vehicle barriers and guardrails, temporary fencing, clearing and grubbing of trees and bushes, roadway signage and striping, sediment and erosion control measures, and seeding and landscape establishment.
