Contractors shall acknowledge Amendment 0001 with today's date.** The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform janitorial services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Missouri River Project Office, the Admin building and buildings 19, 50, and 55; 9901 Pershing Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68112. The intent is to award the contract for the base year plus four option years.

The contractor shall control all the operations during the performance of work sufficiently to ensure that the completed work will meet all the requirements of the specifications. Janitorial services shall be scheduled and performed during the normal workday (7:00 am – 4:00 pm) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, excluding all Federal Holidays. The site visit is scheduled for February 8, 2024. The details to submit confirmation of attendance is listed within the solicitation.
