## Description

This post is to provide an "After the Fact Justication and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the 2024 Flood; L550-L536 Levee Sandbags fill, placement and removal. The project generally consists of the filling of sandbags, placement of sandbag structures along the riverside levee crest of Missouri River Levee L550 in Atchison County Missouri and L536 Holt County Missouri along the Missouri River and the removal of the sandbag structures.

All Work and any modifications or changes to the plans and the SOW shall be coordinated through, and approved by, the COR and modifications will be awarded by a warranted Contracting Officer. The emergency flood control sandbag structures are in accordance with-in maps & plans attached to IFB at time of the advertisement and as discussed in teh scope-of-work (SOW). All sandba structures to be completed by June 26, 2024, at 5:00 pm. Unless otherwise directed. Enclosed is the approved Justification and Approval letter.
