Project Description: Design and construct repairs for concrete spalls and cracks in bridge rail on north side of span 31 near east abutment. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 14 months after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance.
