## Description

Because of different time zones specified in the solicitation document for receiving inquires, site visit registration, site visit, and technical and price proposals submission, extra care would be needed in the following areas.

(1) Block #15 of SF 1442 - The proposal due date and time are set to be Korea Standard Time (KST).

(2) Paragraph 1.3, Inquiries in Section 00 22 16, Initial and Final inquires submittal due date and time are set to be Hawaii Standard Time (HST), and (3) FAR 52.236-27, Site Visit. The date and time for site visit registration submittal are set to be KST and actual site visit date is HST.
