## Description

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers (USACE) Little Rock District's (SWL) intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Thrustmaster of Texas, Inc for the standard overhaul of Thrustmaster's Z Drive Model #TH1500MZ as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
