The Small Business Size Standard is set at $19M. This solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR Part 14 as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Magnitude of Construction is between $1M and $5M. The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes rehabilitation of all existing HVAC control systems and providing new HVAC control systems with UMCS, Cybersecurity, plus any incidental work, Specifications and Drawings will be provided when the solicitation is posted. W9127S25R0001 will be issued around 06 December 2024, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml and the Government Point of Entry (GPE), www.sam.gov.
