## Description

This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal service contract to dispose of a decommissioned Westinghouse Single Phase Transformer (T3C), bushings, oil, and any Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) present. The means and methods of disposal are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, PPE, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as described herein.
