## Description

The Pine Bluff Site Office is part of a multi-purpose navigation and recreation project. The Pine Bluff Site Office (PBSO) is approximately five miles east of downtown Pine Bluff, Arkansas and is located adjacent to Emmett Sanders Lock & Dam #4 (Navigation Mile 66) on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS). The Pine Bluff Site Office manages the first 125 miles of the MKARNS from the confluence of the White and Mississippi Rivers to Murray Lock & Dam #7 to include seven locks & dams, the Pine Bluff Marine Terminal, Arkansas Post Field Office and 19 parks; 7 of which include overnight camping.
