## Description

The intent of this contract is to provide general maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Russellville Site Office (Ozark Field Office). Services include but not limited to general maintenance, performing electrical and plumbing repairs and installation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to update the bid schedule CLINS 0003, 1003, and 2003 for Material Costs to include the unit price of $1.00. Please review the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0001.
