## Description

The intent of this 3-year service contract is to provide janitorial and mowing services to the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal Services include but not limited to all janitorial and lawn care services necessary to maintain the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal.

Amendment 00001 is to change the site visit to 26 March at 10AM CST and extend the due date to 12 April 2024 at 1PM CST. Please see the attched Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0001.

Amendment 0002 is to include a revised Performance Work Statement. Update CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001 "Daily Services" have been changed from Monday - Friday to Tuesday and Thursday and the quantities have been decreased from 250 days to 104 days. Please review the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0002.

Amendment 0003 is to update the Performance Work Statement, Paragraph 5.3.16, Mowing, to remove “Wednesday”.Update the Performance Work Statement, Paragraph 5.2.5, Cleaning, to remove from Dardanelle Marine Terminal Schedule Chart under Semi-Annual, “Strip, Clean, Re-Wax, and Buff Breakroom, Kitchen, & Hallw ay (approx. 600 sq ft)”. Please review the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0003.
