## Description

**W9127S24P0035:** Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Caracal Enterprises, LLC. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Caracal Enterprises, LLC (cage: 3YDH6) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).

The Intent of this contract is to provide annual software and cellular subscriptions (VenVue System Management Software) for all M600 automated fee machines on Mountain Home Project. Includes a one-year base plus three option years. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
