\n\nThe statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is RFO 12, Simplified Procedure for Commercial Services.
\n\nA SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED.
\n\nThe Government intends to proceed with the sole source action. The NAICS code is 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. The size standard is defined by the US Small Business Adminsitration as 1,300 employees.
