Solicitation W9127N26QA166 is for the purchase of one (1) Emerson Flexim FLUXUS G631EE Portable Gas Clamp on Ultrasonic Flow Meter System, complete with required accessories, clamp-on transducers, and specialized probes. This requirement is being solicited on a brand name only basis. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Brand Name Determination for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 334514 - Totalizing Fluid Meter and Counting Device Manufacturing, with a size standard of 850 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
