Lookout Point Powerplant has three main unit generator step-up transformers (GSUs) that all date from the mid-1950s. None of these transformers currently has online DGA monitoring. The requirement includes the purchase and installation of 3 online DGA systems, with one system installed on each GSU transformer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is set-aside, 100% for small business concerns. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or an invitation for bids (IFB).
