The solicitation will be issued as a single source to Straval Machine CO INC, a Small Business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 332911 – Industrial Valve Manufacturing and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4820 – Valves, Nonpowered. In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102(a), for acquisitions at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) the government may document the decision that only one source is available and IAW RFO FAR 201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for an acquisition at or below the SAT.
