Delivery Requirements: Location: Blocks must be delivered to a turnout off the Detroit Dam access road, located at 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR, 97360. Schedule: Deliveries will be accepted Monday through Thursday, between 0700 and 1600 hours, excluding federal holidays. Freight: The contractor must include all freight and delivery costs in the total proposed price. USACE personnel are available to offload the material upon arrival if needed.
