The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $45.0M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2LB – repair or alteration of highways/roads/streets/bridges/railways. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Vendors that respond to this notice and provide a valid point of contact may be issued the solicitation directly via email. It is the vendor’s responsibility to notify the points of contact below of their interest in this requirement.
