See solicitation SF1449. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver the oil via pump truck, by barge, or in form of 55 Gallon Drums. A USCG over the water oil transfer certificate is required. Typical volume of request per delivery ~ 900 to 1,500 gallons to the ESSAYONS, and ~ 300-400 gallons to the YAQUINA, located at one of the following locations: Terminal 2, Port of Portland, OR; Longview, WA; Astoria, OR; Coos Bay, OR; Newport, OR, and Morro Bay, CA.
