All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Any prospective vendor must be certified by the USCG for over the water transfer of bilge SLOPS. See the attached solicitation document (CombinedSynopsis_25Q0030) for terms and conditions. Please review the PWS and solicitation in their entirety. Provide pricing for each CLIN listed starting on page 2 of the solicitation document, sign on page 1 in box 30a, and return to be considered for award.
