These services provided by Columbia River Disposal Inc, a large business under this NAICS code, are governed by an exclusive agreement between the contractor and the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission. Columbia River Disposal Inc has fulfilled this requirement annually. The statutory authority for this is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) and RFO FAR 6.103-1(b). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement that they have ability to supply the required services meeting the government’s need in this area. If no affirmative written responses are received by 2:00 PM PDT on 18 MARCH 2026, the solicitation will be made directly to Columbia River Disposal Inc. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 6.103-1(b).
