## Description

UPDATE

Questions and Responses attached along with a revised fire extinguisher inventory with USACE specific locations physical addresses

. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Willamette Valley & Rogue River Basin Projects (WVP & RRBP) require maintenance and servicing of all annual Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Equipment Services, with contractor providing an Excel spreadsheet (inventory) by location and serial number of the outlying maintenance schedule for all equipment serviced.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards as prescribed and comply with all local, state and federal regulations during the performance of said services.

The Contractor shall ensure that all work performed is in accordance with the most current rules and regulations as specified by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10, Standards for Fire Extinguishers, 2013 edition, NFPA 1962, 2013 edition, Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements manual EM385-1-1, Compress Gas Association, Code of Federal Regulations Title 49 Transportation any local authorities having jurisdiction. This is a base plus four option year new award.
