: CLINs revised, see amendment W9127N25QA0320001, pages 3-7. Please note, CLINs divided by location with acreage, weed requiring treatment, treatment type and suggessted treatment month with unit of measure for each Contract Line Item (CLIN) being job. Maps Uploaded, see PWS for reference.

**Question & Response:**

**Question:** If the contractor is in Lane County Oregon are they permitted to utilize the attached maps to walk and view the sites.

**Response:** Most of the attached maps are public lands and contractors are permitted to walk and view the landscape. On the exception of any area that is directly adjacent to a secured fenced and signed area. Please be advised when the contractor is in close proximity to any of these secured areas (signage and fence) photography or any type of drawings and/or recordings are not permissible. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Willamette Valley Project requires contractual services to assist with federal policy requirements on USACE to control invasive plants and prevent their further spread. Invasive plant control in Southern Willamette Valley Projects is needed to protect Endangered Species, native plant communities, restoration projects and the built environment from the harmful effects of invasive plants.

This contract calls for spot spraying about 234.2 acres of exotic species in 14 parcels, and for broadcast treatment of about 37.1 acres in 10 parcels at Fern Ridge and 6.8 acres in 2 parcels at Cottage Grove.
