## Description

US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for Grounds Maintenance Services within the Willamette Valley Project locations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon.

Locations for work to be conducted include; Lookout Point Lake, Dexter Lake, Fern Ridge Lake, Cottage Grove Lake and Dorena Lake and Foster and Green Peter Lakes. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed.
