This dredging project includes work at Humboldt Bay, CA (HUM); Mouth of the Columbia River, OR/WA (MCR); Lower Columbia River, OR/WA (LCR); and Coos Bay, OR (COO). The contractor shall furnish a suitable hopper dredge and support equipment to perform all work required to remove the specified materials from within the dredging pay area limits. The anticipated period of performance for work is 1 May 2025 through 15 December 2025. The required start date at LCR will be between 15 June 2025 and 10 July 2025. Water quality monitoring will be required in accordance with the current water quality certificates. THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR THE WEST COAST HOPPER MAINTENANCE DREDGING 2025 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement to perform hopper dredging at multiple locations on the West Coast of the United States including Humboldt Bay, CA (HUM); Mouth of the Columbia River, OR/WA (MCR); Coos Bay, OR/WA (COO); and Lower Columbia River, OR/WA (LCR). Please see the attached solicitation for details on the specifications of the requirement. The scope of this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all supervision, engineering, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following work in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of this contract.
