## Description

SOLICITATION CANCELLATION The Portland District, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) posted an) to SAM.gov on 10 April 2024 for the requirement titled, “Photogrammetric and LiDAR Surveying and Mapping Services”. The synopsis was posted for forty-eight (48) days, and closed on 28 May 2024. Submissions were received from only two AE firms in response to the synopsis.

In accordance with the Brooks Act and USACE EP 715-1-7, at least three most highly qualified firms must be recommended if a single contract will be awarded. If the selection board cannot recommend at least three most highly qualified firms as required by the Brooks AE Act, then the synopsis must be cancelled. The responses received appear to be otherwise acceptable in that they comply in all material respects with the synopsis.

However, since only two responses were received, at least three most highly recommended firms cannot be recommended. Therefore it is in the best interest of the Government to cancel solicitation W9127N24R0025.
