## Description

The release of the solicitation for the Detroit Selective Withdrawal Structure has been delayed until at least 3QTR FY27. Portland District has received concerns in using the IDaC delivery method for projects funded with Civil Works appropriations. The district is weighing these concerns with concerns regarding other delivery methods. No additional information is required from industry at this point.
