## Description

Solicitation W9127N24Q0140 is for repair of one (1) Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). VFD requiring repair is utilized in John Day Dam’s Bridge Crane, Auxiliary Hoist. See attachment for details.

**QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:** 1. (Q) Are you able to share any information on what is wrong with the drive? 1. (A) The bridge crane VFD started exhibiting unstable voltage output. Input voltage was stable. We believe the possible causes to be Faulty Capacitors, Internal Power Supply Modules, AND/OR Control board or microprocessor.
