All testing and final assessment report must be completed within 10 weeks from award of contract unless otherwise notified by the government. The contractor must submit a schedule plan for on site evaluation of escalators which must incorporate arrival time, set up, clean up, and closing up of equipment at Bonneville Dam project. The contractor will be allowed to inspect and evaluate escalators at the Bonneville Site during normal working days from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Extensions to the daily time schedule may be allowable but must be submitted to the Government for approval at least 10 days in advance. An organized Site Visit is set.
