## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N24Q0132 for procurement of Two (2) RS Corcoran saltwater service pumps for delivery to the dredge Essayons at 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All parts shall be genuine RS Corcoran parts from an authorized dealer.

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 effective 4 December 2023. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
