The Corps is soliciting services to prepare Oregon State Level Documentation of the Coos Bay North Jetty and develop an online entry, to be published on the Corps website, about the history and significance of the Coos Bay North Jetty. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed. This is Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract with an overall period of performance of 330 calendar days from the date of award. *Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more detailed information of this project.* 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced offeror and also whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, other factors may be considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: i. Technical Capability; ii. Price; and iii. Past Performance Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
