## Description

John Day Generator Cooling Water project requires the purchase and installation of two (2) Cisco C9300-24S network switches to aggregate communication of all sixteen cooling system PLCs into plant HMI system. These network switches will be installed in the control room. The PLC connections will be made over existing fiber runs between unit RTU cabinets and control room. The purchase and installation of sixteen (16) Cisco C9300-24T network switches is required for future network expansion.

Switches will be installed in each unit RTU cabinet. Generator cooling PLC and other devices will be connected to this switch using ethernet cooper connection, while the uplink to control room will utilize existing fiber runs.
