This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dalles Lock & Dam has the need for hydrotesting, annual and monthly fire extinguisher (FE), self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), emergency breathing apparatus (EBA), compressed gas (oxygen) bottles, automatic external defibrillator (AED) inspections. The Contractor will also develop the report spreadsheet to track these services and assure the information displayed is representative and timely. The reports developed and/or produced for this task will become the property of the U.S. Government. All processes and procedures along with any associated documentation developed and/or produced for this task will become the property of the U.S. Government.
