## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0090 is for the purchase of twenty-seven (27) custom built submersible motors in support of the Bonneville Lock and Dam Project and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Please see the attached Purchase Description for all specifications and delivery information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 = FAC Number on Federal Acquisition Gov (FAR). This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 335312 – Motor and Generator Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees.

All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
