## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N24Q0077 for procurement of all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to procure thirty-six (36) sheaves that are 26inches in diameter as per Drawing 5472527 in accordance with the attached product description.

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 effective 4 December 2023. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333613, Sheaves, Mechanical Power Transmission, Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.

Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
