Solicitation W9127N24Q0034 is for professional services to develop and deliver an ArcGIS StoryMap and Historic Property Management Manual (Manual) for the Willamette Falls Locks (WFL). As described in Section 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete research, documentation, and development. These tasks will require fieldwork, travel to archival repositories, preservation research, report writing, StoryMap development, revisions, and submittal. Associated deliverables and schedule are in Section 6.0 of the PWS. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. This solicitation is 100% set-side for certified Women-Owned Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 541720 Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a size standard of $28 million.
