The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. This solicitation is 100% set-side for certified Women-Owned Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 541720 Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a size standard of $28 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
