## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to place a brand name specification into solicitation W9127825R0042 in accordance with FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to include this proposed brand name specification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Contracting, is conducting a market survey to identify alternate sources for the Mach Alert Fire Station Alerting (FSA) system. See attachment for details.
